CATHERINE C. TAYLOR 

Catherine C. Taylor highlights her practice in defending insurance companies, employers, and third party administrators before the Workers' Compensation Court. She also defends insurance companies in Bad Faith Litigation. Ms. Taylor has been an Owner-Member of Perrine, Redemann, Berry, Taylor & Frette, PLLC since its inception in 2002, and has achieved an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell.  Ms. Taylor tried the first Workers' Compensation bad faith case in the State of Oklahoma. She has taught Workers' Compensation courses at the Oral Roberts University Graduate School of Business and, over the years, she has presented at a multitude of seminars. She has served as President and Secretary of the Tulsa County Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section and has also served two terms as Secretary of the Oklahoma Bar Association Workers' Compensation Board of Directors (1997-1998 and 1998 - 1999).  She was the first woman elected as the President of the Oklahoma Bar Association Workers' Compensation Board of Directors (1999; 2000).  Ms. Taylor began to serve as a lay member on the Board of Osteopathic Examiners when she was appointed in 2004 by the Governor of the State of Oklahoma. She has since been reappointed to Board of Osteopathic Examiners by Governor Mary Fallin.  Ms. Taylor also serves as a Workers’ Compensation Mediator. 

Education:  University of Oklahoma (BA 1983); University of Tulsa (JD 1990). She has been a Staff Member, Tulsa Law Journal and Phi Alpha Delta. 

Admissions: admitted to the bar 1990, Oklahoma; also admitted to practice before U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.

Memberships: Oklahoma Bar Association (Workers' Compensation), Tulsa County Bar Association (Workers' Compensation), and American Bar Association.
